Shipping Coverage
LM Soelle proudly serves customers worldwide* from our headquarters in Singapore.
All orders are transacted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Orders (Singapore) placed by 12 PM (SGT), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), are usually dispatched on the same day during non-sale periods.
Please note that, due to customs restrictions beyond our control, we may not be able to deliver to certain countries. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Standard Delivery Times & Costs
Singapore
- Orders S$100 and above: Complimentary shipping
- Orders below S$100: S$4 flat delivery fee
Standard Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days after a successful order has been placed. This includes processing, packing, and shipping.
While we always strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be extended during peak periods due to high order volumes.
Malaysia
- Minimum order requirement: S$100
- Transaction fee (for qualified orders): S$20
Orders below S$100 will not be eligible for checkout or shipment to Malaysia.
Southeast Asia & East Asia
For selected destinations within Southeast Asia (SEA) and East Asia (EA) (excluding Singapore and Malaysia):
- Minimum order requirement: S$100
- Transaction fee (for qualified orders): S$40
Orders below S$100 will not be eligible for checkout or shipment to these destinations.
Southeast Asia (SEA) may include: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Timor-Leste asavailable at checkout.
East Asia (EA) may include: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Japan, South Korea, and China as available at checkout.
Shipping availability is subject to destination eligibility shown at checkout.

During high-volume sale periods, please allow a few additional days for processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Rest of the World Shipping
For destinations not listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain a shipping quotation and confirm delivery availability. Eligible orders may be processed manually upon confirmation.
Customs & Duties
Shipping charges do not include import duties, customs fees, or taxes.
All applicable fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier before your parcel can be released.
For further information, please contact your local customs authority.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be issued minus outbound and return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
If you need to cancel or correct your address, please WhatsApp us immediately at +65 9340 4709.
Depending on your order status, cancellation requests may incur a processing fee.
Please note: updates made to your account details will only apply to future orders and will not affect orders already placed.
Refunds & Returns
At LM Soelle, product quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number for assistance.
Return Policy
- Only items purchased directly from www.lmsoelle.com are eligible for return.
- Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns of partially used products or broken seals.
- Shipping fees (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
- Bundle sets or promotional items must be returned in full.
- We cannot issue refunds for parcels confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.
- We cannot accept returns due to personal mishandling (e.g. dropping, spilling, or misuse).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return has been inspected and approved.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
